"Very poor customer service. Office messed up my bill and over charged me for 2 months. After multiple emails and phone calls they refused to refund my money to my credit card. I asked for the manager to call me. She called me 5 minutes before she left for the day. Definitely switching to a different company"

I was out of the office the day you called but wanted to make sure to return your call the day as soon as I could. I confirmed with Corporate that the correction was complete and the refund was issued back to you. I called to let you know. I'm sorry it was at the end of the day. We work hard in our office to make sure our customers are taken care, I'm sorry you were not satisfied with our service. "
